NATO's Cyber Command has achieved Full Operational Capability status six months ahead of schedule, following emergency acceleration triggered by coordinated infrastructure attacks against three member states in January 2026.
The declaration marks the alliance's most significant cybersecurity posture escalation since the Warsaw Summit commitments of 2016. Real-time threat sharing protocols are now operational across all 32 member states.
